ParkFriend ist eine Peer-to-Peer-Mobilanwendung, mit der Fahrer in Wien Parkplätze in Echtzeit teilen können. Diese Datenschutzerklärung erläutert, welche personenbezogenen Daten wir erheben, warum wir sie erheben, wie lange wir sie aufbewahren und welche Rechte Ihnen nach der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) zustehen.

Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten. Wir nutzen personenbezogene Daten nicht fĂĽr Werbung oder Profiling.
Bei Nutzung von „Sign in with Apple" authentifiziert Apple Sie und übermittelt uns eine anonyme Apple User-ID (einen eindeutigen String wie 000000.abc123...). Apple kann auch eine private Relay-E-Mail-Adresse übermitteln oder gar keine E-Mail-Adresse – wir erhalten Ihre echte E-Mail-Adresse niemals ohne Ihre ausdrückliche Zustimmung. Wir speichern ausschließlich Ihre Apple User-ID und, sofern von Ihnen angegeben, Ihren Anzeigenamen. Wir erhalten weder Ihre echte E-Mail-Adresse noch andere Apple-Kontodaten.
Die App fordert die Standortberechtigung „Nur bei Nutzung" an (nur iOS-Vordergrund). Der Standort wird verwendet, um die Karte auf Ihre aktuelle Position zu zentrieren, nahegelegene Parkplätze anzuzeigen und die Wiener Parkzone (Kurzparkzone, Grünzone oder Weiße Zone) für das von Ihnen einzutragende Inserat zu ermitteln. Ihre genauen Koordinaten werden nur dann an unsere Server übertragen, wenn Sie ein Abfahrts-Inserat einstellen (als Teil des Inserat-Datensatzes) oder wenn wir die Entfernung zu verfügbaren Parkplätzen berechnen. Wir speichern keinen Standortverlauf.
Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt durch Stripe, Inc. (354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA). Rohe Kartendaten (Kartennummer, CVC, Ablaufdatum) werden direkt in die gesicherte Benutzeroberfläche von Stripe eingegeben und gelangen niemals über ParkFriend-Server. Wir speichern ausschließlich: den Reservierungsbetrag, die Währung (EUR), den Zahlungsstatus und unsere interne Reservierungs-ID. Stripe verarbeitet Zahlungsdaten gemäß seiner eigenen Datenschutzrichtlinie unter stripe.com/privacy und handelt als Auftragsverarbeiter gemäß DSGVO-Standardvertragsklauseln.
Wir nutzen Firebase, einen Google-Dienst der Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland), fĂĽr folgende Funktionen:

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising or profiling.
When you use "Sign in with Apple," Apple authenticates you and provides us with an opaque Apple User ID (a unique string such as 000000.abc123...). Apple may also provide a private relay email address or no email address at all — we never receive your real email address without your explicit consent. We store only your Apple User ID and, if you chose to share it, your display name. We do not receive your real email or other Apple account details.
The app requests "When In Use" location permission (iOS foreground only). Location is used to center the map on your current position, show nearby parking spots, and detect the Vienna parking zone (Kurzparkzone, GrĂĽnzone, or WeiĂźe Zone) for the spot you are about to post. Your precise coordinates are transmitted to our servers only when you post a departure spot (as part of the spot record) or when we calculate the distance to available spots. We do not store your location history.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. (354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA). Raw card data (card number, CVC, expiry) is entered directly into Stripe's secure UI and never passes through ParkFriend's servers. We store only: the reservation amount, currency (EUR), payment status, and our internal reservation ID. Stripe processes payment data under its own Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/privacy and acts as a data processor under GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use Firebase, a Google service operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), for the following functions:
